传统上,香港人喜欢炒楼多过炒股。香港楼市有过60年代的大跌,又有过80年代“一潭死水”的危机,特别是眼下人们对高地价政策存疑,买楼保值是不是真的比买股好呢?
Traditionally, Hong Kong people like to speculate more than stocks. The property market in Hong Kong had a plunge in the 1960s and a crisis of “stagnant water” in the 1980s. Especially nowadays people are questioning the high land price policy. Is it really better than buying stocks?
