阐述了三辊全浮连轧管工艺的技术优势,并分析说明了“竹节”控制原理和实施方案。以国内经多年生产实践并运行良好的某Φ140mm二辊全浮连轧管机组为基础,以淘汰落后产能为目标,开发出新型三辊全浮连轧管机。从孔型设计、变形分配、力能参数3个方面建立数学模型,并进行实例分析。结合实例,建立了有限元计算模型,采用有限元分析方法对三辊全浮连轧管机组的轧制全过程进行计算机模拟,为三辊全浮芯棒连轧管机的实际生产提供技术参考。
The technical advantages of three-roll full floating pipe mill are expounded, and the control principle and implementation plan of “bamboo section” are analyzed and explained. Based on a certain Φ140mm two-roll full-floating pipe mill with years of production and operation in China, the Company aims to eliminate backward production capacity and developed a new three-roller full-float continuous rolling mill. The mathematical model is established from the aspects of hole design, deformation distribution and force and energy parameters, and the case analysis is carried out. The finite element model is established with the example and the finite element method is used to simulate the whole rolling process of the full-floating three-tube rolling mill unit. It provides a technical reference for the actual production of the three-roll full-floating mandrel mill. .
