以黑龙江省西部地区本科院校大学生为研究对象,在查阅了大量相关文献资料的基础上,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、现场访谈法、数理统计法、对比分析法等研究方法对“阳光体育运动”的概念和内容进行界定,通过对黑龙江省西部地区本科院校大学生的体育锻炼、学生体质等情况进行调查分析,并以此为依据提出了相应的发展对策。
