0147部队与185医院于2月2日组成防治大队,截至2月25日已在三支队、五支队试点结束。防治大队由29人组成,其中有185医院医务副院长(任队长)、科主任和军医等5名,检验技师1名,护士6名。0147部队卫生营长1名(任副队长),卫生防疫防化所长和军医4名,化验员5名,卫生员8名。此外,有军区卫生防疫检验所的2名同志参加指导。在各支队工作期间,所在部队全体卫生人员共同参加防治工作。
