广东房价近来涨得厉害,而广州、深圳则首当其冲,对此,广东省国土资源厅厅长林浩坤近日在一次媒体宣传活动中,将近期广东各地房价持续攀升的情况称为“虚热”,建议消费者不妨3年以后再考虑买房置业。房价持续大幅上涨,惹得民怨沸腾。今年4月,深圳市民邹涛率先发起“不买房行动”,呼吁“在近 3年之内不要买房”,以“持币待购、推迟买房”对抗不良发展商与楼市炒家的掠夺。随后,中国青年报社会调查中心发起的一项调查显示,79．1％的人支持“不买房行动”。
