目的:比较不同材料充填乳牙深齲的疗效。方法:对我科门诊的155例乳磨牙深齲患儿分别采用玻璃离子材料、光固化树脂材料、银汞合金材料进行充填后出现疼痛随诊和1年后随访复查,比较三者的疗效差异。结果:1年后光固化树脂组和银汞合金组之间没有显著性差异(p>0.05);玻璃离子充填组的成功率与前两组相比均有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:玻璃离子充填乳牙深齲的成功率明显优于光固化树脂和银汞合金、是较为理想的乳牙深齲的充填材料。
Objective: To compare the effects of different materials on deciduous caries in deciduous teeth. Methods: 155 cases of primary deciduous caries in our clinic were treated with glass ionomer, light-cured resin and amalgam, respectively. The pain was followed up and followed up for one year, and the difference was compared . Results: There was no significant difference (p> 0.05) between the light-cured resin group and the amalgam group after 1 year. The success rate of glass ion-filled group was significantly different from that of the previous two groups (p <0.05). CONCLUSION: The success rate of glass ion-filled deciduous deciduous caries is significantly better than that of light-cured resin and silver amalgam, which is an ideal filling material for deciduous teeth of deciduous teeth.
