ZX系列插入式混凝土振动器防逆套推键槽的加工质量直接影响振动器的防逆和传动效果。其传统的加工工艺是用立铣,将工件装卡在分度头上进行。这种加工方法不仅工人的劳动强度大,生产效率低,而且加工精度低,质量不易保证。本文以ZX50插入式振动器防逆套推键槽的加工为例,介绍一种加工此类零件的装置。
The processing quality of ZX series plug-in type concrete vibrator to prevent reverse-rotary sleeves directly affects the anti-reverse and transmission effects of the vibrator. The traditional machining process uses end mills to hold the workpiece on the indexing head. This processing method not only has a large labor intensity of the workers but also has a low production efficiency, and the processing accuracy is low, and the quality is not easily guaranteed. In this paper, the ZX50 plug-in vibrator is used as an example to describe how to process the keyway of the counter-rotating sleeve and introduce a device for processing such parts.
