住宅设计必须满足和适应住户的生活实态和意愿变化，不同的家庭类型有不同的生活实态的空间需求。知识型家庭是一个特殊的群体。本文通过对不同城市、不同职别的２２０户知识分子家庭的调查研究，提出知识型家庭的结构模型，记录了他们的居住实态，预测了其潜在的需求意愿，在此基础提出了适合知识型家庭使用的新住宅设计的几个重要结论
Residential design must meet and adapt to changes in the realities and wishes of the occupants. Different family types have different spatial requirements for life. Knowledge-based family is a special group. In this paper, through investigation and research on 220 families of intellectuals in different cities and different occupations, we propose a structural model of knowledge-based families, record their living status, and predict their potential needs, and on this basis, put forward the appropriate knowledge.
