建立校内实训基地评价指标体系和评估模型是高校实践教学评价工作的重要环节。笔者以问卷调查和实地访谈收集的数据为基础,运用层次分析法将高职院校实训基地管理目标分解成不同层次的子系统,建立层次结构模型,对评价指标分别进行权重计算和排序,并建立实训基地综合效益评价指标体系。结果表明:在实训基地建设和管理的19种要素中,其优先顺序依次为教学因素、科研因素、培训因素和社会服务等,评价指标体系的建立可为相关部门对实训基地的管理提供参考。
Establishing the evaluation index system and evaluation model of training base in colleges and universities is an important part of evaluation of practice teaching in colleges and universities. Based on the data collected from the questionnaire survey and field interviews, the author uses the analytic hierarchy process to decompose the management objectives of training bases in higher vocational colleges into different levels of subsystems, establishes the hierarchical structure model, calculates and sorts the evaluation indexes separately, And establish comprehensive evaluation index system of training base. The results show that among the 19 elements in the construction and management of training bases, the priorities are teaching factors, scientific research factors, training factors and social services. The establishment of evaluation index system can provide relevant departments with the management of training bases reference.
