患者王××,男,56岁。患原发性高血压、脑动脉硬化已十余年。血压持续在170/110毫米汞柱左右。患者自求一方医治,即麻黄30克,制马前子150克,没药10克,乳香10克,研细末装胶囊,每日3次,每次5粒,开水送服。因其治病心切,望以重剂取效,故将上药总量的二分之一于1987年11月16日上午9时冲服,11时许出现周身颤栗,双下肢尤甚,胸闷气憋,有压迫感,继则面部发红,面肌发紧,语言困难,下肢
