温家宝中共中央政治局党委,国务院总理推行政务公开。深入推行乡镇和县级政务公开,加快制度化、规范化;在试点的基础上,全面推行市(地)级政务公开;凡是与老百姓利益密切相关的部门和单位,如学校、医院以及水、电、气、公交等公用事业单位,都要实行办事公开制度。要有计划、分步骤地推行电子政务建设,为人民群众提供公开、透明、高效的公共服务,方便人民群众监督.要重视人民群众通过行政复议、行政诉讼等法定渠道,维护自己的合法权益。
