目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定茵栀口服液中栀子苷含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-1%冰醋酸(18∶82)为流动相;流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长:238 nm。结果:栀子苷在18.56~74.24μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为99.21%,RSD-0.78%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于该制剂中栀子苷的定量分析。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of geniposide in Yinzhi Oral Liquid by HPLC. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid (18:82) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1. Detection wavelength: 238 nm. Results: Geniposide had a good linearity (r = 0.9997) in the range of 18.56 ~ 74.24μg · ml ~ (-1) with an average recovery of 99.21% and RSD of 0.78% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quantitative analysis of geniposide in this preparation.
