1.概述北京铁路枢纽京包线西直门——清河段、东北环线黄土店—望京段及望和支线穿越北京市西城、海淀、昌平、朝阳、东城5个区县随着北京市改革开放的迅速发展,城市建设范围不断扩大,在原处于市区外部的铁路沿线地区进行了大规模的开发和建设。中关村科技园区的成立使该地区成为今后北京市科技进步、经济增长最具活力的地区。但该地区交通不畅、出行不便、城市客运交通需求矛盾日益突出,限制了规划发展。为了全面和有效地解决交通紧张状况,应利用既有铁路开行城市铁路客运列车,充分发挥既有铁路的富余能力,

Overview Beijing Railway Jiefang Beijing-Xincun line Xizhimen - Qinghe section, northeast loop loess shop - Wangjing and Wanghe branch across Beijing Xicheng, Haidian, Changping, Chaoyang, Dongcheng 5 counties with the rapid reform and opening up in Beijing Development and urban construction have been expanding. Large-scale development and construction have been carried out in areas along the railway originally located outside the urban area. The establishment of Zhongguancun Science Park has made the area the most dynamic area for scientific and technological progress and economic growth in Beijing in the future. However, due to the poor traffic and inconvenient travel in the area, the contradiction between the needs of urban passenger transport has become increasingly prominent, which limits the development of planning.
