随着线路运行人员收到风力报警短信,浙江嵊泗县电力公司“东海”QC小组自主研发的“基于移动短信报警的海岛配电网远程风力监测报警装置”试验成功,正式投入试运行。嵊泗县是浙江省最东部的海岛县,岛上的风向随季而变,大风经常直接或间接造成海岛配网故障。为确保配网安全可靠运行,嵊泗县电力公司“东海”QC小组通过前期大量调查研究,研发风力监测报警装置,经过5个月的奋战成功投入试运行。
