VACA是变尺度算法融入蚁群优化算法中而形成的一种混合算法。针对电液比例系统PID控制参数整定问题,提出了基于改进蚁群算法的PID参数优化方案,并给出了具体的实现步骤:建立臂架电液控制系统的数学模型,利用Simulink工具箱建立了电液比例控制系统的VACA-PID的仿真模型,进行了仿真和验证。结果表明:VACA-PID控制器具有良好的静、动态性能,完全能达到电液比例控制系统的要求。
VACA is a hybrid algorithm formed by the integration of a variable-scale algorithm into an ant colony optimization algorithm. Aiming at the problem of parameter tuning PID control of electro-hydraulic proportional system, a PID parameter optimization scheme based on improved ant colony algorithm is proposed. The concrete steps of implementation are given. The mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic control system is established. Simulink toolbox The simulation model of VACA-PID of electro-hydraulic proportional control system is simulated and verified. The results show that the VACA-PID controller has good static and dynamic performance and fully meets the requirements of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system.
