目的:以骨钙素为细胞分化指标,探讨商用纯钛表面牙周韧带细胞形成物的特征。方法:将牙周韧带细胞和纯钛进行复合培养,分别在第8天,第16天和第24天取材,免疫荧光染色原位观察骨钙素的表达。结果:第8天后,牙周韧带细胞在纯钛表面即可形成复层生长,并持续高表达骨钙素。结论:牙周韧带细胞在纯钛表面有向成骨样细胞分化的趋势,表现为形成高度表达骨钙素的类组织。
OBJECTIVE: To characterize osteocalcin as a marker of cell differentiation and to determine the formation of periodontal ligament cells on commercial titanium surfaces. Methods: The cultured periodontal ligament cells and pure titanium were cultured on the 8th day, the 16th day and the 24th day respectively. The expression of osteocalcin was observed by immunofluorescence staining in situ. Results: After the 8th day, periodontal ligament cells could form the stratum corneum on the surface of pure titanium and continued to overexpress osteocalcin. CONCLUSION: Periodontal ligament cells tend to differentiate into osteoblast-like cells on the surface of pure titanium, showing the formation of osteoid-like tissues.
