从新闻报道角度,我们可以围绕严舜钧受贿案几个特点进行报道——如他的身份是“专家型”领导干部;如他是退休后被人举报,且他离职后还收受他人钱款;如他擅设环评“绿色通道”等明目张胆地违规收费,缺乏应有的监督;如涉及的行贿人是有名的外资企业、高层次的知识人才,难以取证等等。但是选择侦破的角度,反映检察机关如何高效、规范地攻克严舜钧受贿案难点,为反贪查案工作提供借鉴样本,仍然是检察宣传最重要的功能。
