患者女18岁病案号:347 双眼视力下降八年。八年前发觉双眼视物不清。头痛、眼干。曾用眼明等药物治疗无效,逐渐加重而来诊。既往史无殊特记载。家族史:否认家系遗传史。双亲为非血族联姻。无药物过敏史。视力右0.1、左0.1。双眼色弱,眼位正、眼球运动正常。双眼前段无异常。双眼视乳头及视网膜血管未见异常。黄斑部有椭园形变性区约2×1.5PD。此区呈金箔样反光,有色素颗粒和色素脱失斑
Female patient 18 years old Case number: 347 Binocular vision decreased eight years. Eight years ago I found my eyes blurred. Headache, dry eyes. Have used eye cream and other drug treatment is invalid, gradually increased and come to the clinic. No special record of past history. Family history: denied family history of heredity. Parents for non-kinship marriage. No history of drug allergy. Right eye 0.1, left 0.1. Eyes color weakness, eye position is positive, eye movement is normal. Anterior segment without abnormalities. Binocular nipple and retinal blood vessels were normal. Macular degeneration area of about 2 × 1.5PD. This area was gold foil-like reflective, pigmented particles and pigmentation spots
