一提到特殊学生,大家总会往思想坏的、成绩差的学生身上想。殊不知“好学生”也有特殊的学生。我们班就有这样一位学生叫小钧(化名)。他很聪明,成绩优秀,但是自尊心、自信心都很强,他希望老师注意他,关心他,所以常常会做一些稀奇古怪的事情,有时甚至是调皮捣蛋的错事,以致老师和同学都不太喜欢他。这样,我的特殊教育之旅开始了。开学第一天,班级要选班干部,其他的班干部都是民主选举产生的。选完之后我利用班主任的“职权”在班级宣布:“为了更好地管理班级,我决定在班里多设立一个班长,他就是小钧。理由嘛是他普通话标准,声音响亮,可以带领大家早读。”
