系统性红斑狼疮 (ｓｙｓｔｅｍｉｃｌｕｐｕｓｅｒｙｔｈｅｍａｔｏｓｕｓ,ＳＬＥ)是一种累及到许多系统和脏器的全身性结缔组织疾病。有家族性发病的报道 ,提示发病与遗传因素有关。儿童患者以学龄期多见 ,但姐妹同时在儿童期发病报道不多。现将我们收治的 2例报告如下。例 1:
