BIM技术在精细施工管理中起着非常重要的作用,大大减少了时间和成本,提高工程质量,已成为实现建筑业的跨越式发展和科技创新的重要手段,在很大程度上促进建设健康、稳定、快速发展,因此,进一步加强其研究的必要性。然而,目前BIM技术在精细施工管理中的仍然存在很多问题,因此有必要采取有效的措施来优化,从而更好地促进企业的发展。基于此,本文分析了BIM技术在精细施工管理中的应用。
BIM technology plays a very important role in the fine construction management, greatly reducing the time and cost, and improving the quality of the project. BIM technology has become an important means to realize the leaping development and scientific and technological innovation in the construction industry. However, there are still many problems in the fine construction management of BIM technology at present, so it is necessary to take effective measures to optimize and promote the development of the enterprise better. Based on this, this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in the fine construction management.
