作者根据过去41年对32000例病人的治疗和随访,提出下述十项抗癫癎药治疗癫癎病人的用药原则。一、病人及亲属的合作治疗癫癎病人的目的在于完全控制或至少减少其发作,医生须使病人及亲属了解本病,取得合作,须向病人及亲属强调有规律地系统服药及遵从医嘱的重要性。医生应增强病人对治疗的信心。一些病人经短期试验治疗即可确定适当的治疗;另一些病人则要试用多种药物,经较长时期试验方可确定。还须让病人了解到药物可能出现的副作用,
Based on the treatment and follow-up of 32,000 patients over the past 41 years, the authors propose the following medication guidelines for ten antiepileptic drugs for epilepsy patients.
