从当前高校体育教学的现状来看 ,应试教育向素质教育的转变 ,是高校体育教学改革的一项重要内容。本文对我国的素质教育做了概述 ,同时对当前高校体育教学现状以及存在的弊端加以分析 ,探讨了在高校体育教学中如何实施素质教育 ,并提出建议。
Judging from the current situation of physical education in colleges and universities, the transformation from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education is an important part of college physical education reform. This article gives an overview of the quality education in our country. At the same time, it analyzes the current situation of physical education in colleges and universities as well as its existing defects, and discusses how to implement quality education in college physical education and puts forward some suggestions.
