口语交际是人们交流思想的主要形式。培养学生较强的口语交际能力,是中职学校对学生全面职业素质培养不可忽视的一项基本任务。但中职学生的口语交际能力普遍较弱,却是个不争的事实。如何来提高他们这方面的能力,以满足现代社会对人才素质提出的必然要求,从而增强中职学生就业适应能力,已成为中职语文教学的一出重头戏。笔者结合自己的教学实践,就语文教学中提高中职生的口语交际能力提出了如下途径:(1)建立平等宽松的说话环境,激发学生口语交际的欲望;(2)利用教学中的各种说话形式,培养学生口语交际的基本素质;(3)创设丰富多样的实践情境,提高学生口语交际的能力;(4)提供名人巧妙对答的案例,丰富学生口语交际的技巧。
Oral communication is the main form of communication between people. Training students strong oral communicative competence is a basic task that vocational schools can not neglect the cultivation of students' comprehensive professional qualities. However, secondary vocational students' oral communicative competence is generally weaker, but it is an indisputable fact. How to improve their ability in this area to meet the inevitable demands of modern society on the quality of qualified personnel so as to enhance the adaptability of secondary vocational students to employment has become a highlight of secondary vocational language teaching. Based on my own teaching practice, I put forward the following approaches to improve the communicative competence of Chinese vocational students in Chinese teaching: (1) to establish an equal and relaxed speaking environment to stimulate students' desire for oral communication; (2) to use various teaching methods (3) to create a rich and varied practical situations and improve students' ability of oral communication; (4) to provide celebrity clever answers to the case, to enrich the skills of students oral communication.
