儿童肾癌较为罕见,10年间我们收治3例,现结合文献报告如下。病例介绍例1.患儿男,12岁。平时无任何自觉症状,1979年9月5日因与同学打闹,不慎被踢伤左侧腰部,继而发生全程血尿,诊断肾损伤入院。保守治疗2天,血尿未见减轻,进行手术探查:发现左肾包膜下明显血肿,肾下极可及一鸡蛋大小实质性肿块,术中诊断肾肿瘤。探查右肾外形正常,故行左肾切除,其创面以氮芥5mg加生理盐水100ml冲洗后吸尽,术后恢复顺利。病理报告在肾透明细胞癌。
Kidney cancer in children is relatively rare, 10 cases we received 3 cases, are combined with the literature as follows. Case description 1. Children with children, 12 years old. Usually no any symptoms, September 5, 1979 slapstick with classmates, was accidentally kicked the left side of the waist, followed by the occurrence of hematuria throughout the diagnosis of renal injury admitted. Conservative treatment for 2 days, no reduction in hematuria, surgical exploration: found that the left renal capsule obvious hematoma, subcutaneous renal extremely substantial size and an egg, intraoperative diagnosis of renal tumors. Proximity of the right kidney to explore the shape, so the line left nephrectomy, the wound to nitrogen mustard 5mg plus saline 100ml rinsed exhausted, postoperative recovery smoothly. Pathology report in renal clear cell carcinoma.
