以长春汽车工业高等专科学校为例,阐述了职业院校在政、行、企、校联盟背景下,为探索中国高职教育的新模式提供了保障;订单培养,开创了个性化人才培养的新途径;借鉴国际国内经验,改革创新教学方式方法;对接国际标准,打造高端名师队伍。通过一系列的改革实践,为中国职业教育的发展探索一条新路。
Taking Changchun Automobile Industrial College as an example, this paper expounds that under the background of the union of government, trade, enterprises and universities, the vocational colleges provide a guarantee for exploring the new mode of higher vocational education in China. The training of orders and the cultivation of personalized talents New ways; learn from international and domestic experience, reform and innovation of teaching methods; docking of international standards, to create high-end teacher team. Through a series of reform practices, we explore a new path for the development of vocational education in China.
