几年来,我局在深化企业改革、转换经营机制实践中,始终把提高企业自主经营能力和市场竞争能力有机地结合起来,以市场为导向,优化企业结构,调整责权利关系,完善内部承包经营责任制,着力强化企业的经营开拓职能,促使企业由生产经营型向经营开拓型转变,步入了多元化经营、良性循环的发展轨道。
Over the past few years, in the practice of deepening corporate reforms and transforming operational mechanisms, the SIPO has organically combined the improvement of independent operational capabilities and market competitiveness, guided by the market, optimized the corporate structure, adjusted the relationship between responsibilities and rights, and improved internal contract management. Responsibility system, focus on strengthening the company’s business development capabilities, and promote the transformation of enterprises from production and management to business development type, into a diversified management, a virtuous cycle of development.
