随着课程改革的逐步深入,教师专业素养成为课程改革深入推进的瓶颈。现实中,教师面临着很多的困惑和障碍,如所受的理论教育与实践脱节、个体经验得不到尊重以及缺少话语权等。而传统的培训形式注重群体的整体发展,缺少对个体的关注,对培养个性化教师和调动教师主动自主意识有一定局限。因此教师们渴望有一种真正能关心、关爱、关注自己专业发展的全新校本培训新模式。2012年伊始,大连市第三十五中学在教师中开展了读书交流活动、五分钟校本研修活动和教育博客培训等校本研修活动,旨在提高教师的专业素质和人文素养。其中,教育博客培训受到了广大教师的喜爱和欢迎。学校的班子成员首先达成这样的共识:教育博客是教师专业发展的一个很好的工具,它实现了教师与资源建设的共生、共长,提升教师个人的自我反思能力,形成
With the gradual deepening of the curriculum reform, teacher professionalism has become the bottleneck of the in-depth progress of the curriculum reform. In reality, teachers are confronted with many puzzles and obstacles, such as disparate theoretical education and practice, lack of respect for individual experience and lack of voice. The traditional forms of training pay attention to the overall development of the group, the lack of individual attention, to develop personalized teachers and mobilize the initiative of teachers have some limitations.
