本文通过比较中国国有及国有控股、私营和外资工业企业的各项效率指标,发现国有企业经过改制,已经步入了良性发展阶段,但综合效率水平仍低于外资企业,其主要原因是资本的使用效率较低。私营企业则呈现资本劳动比例失衡现象,需要加快改革步伐。目前,我们仍须坚持遵循科学发展观,引导工业经济持续、稳定、健康发展,缩小内外资企业间的差距。
By comparing the efficiency indicators of state-owned and state holding, private-owned and foreign-funded industrial enterprises, this paper finds that the state-owned enterprises have entered a benign stage of development through restructuring. However, the overall efficiency level is still lower than that of foreign-funded enterprises. The main reason is that the capital Use less efficient. Private enterprises show an imbalance in the proportion of capital and labor and need to speed up the pace of reform. At present, we still must adhere to the scientific concept of development, guide the sustained, steady and healthy development of the industrial economy and narrow the gap between domestic and foreign-funded enterprises.
