目的掌握珠澳跨境工业区医学媒介生物的本底情况,为制定有效的防治措施提供依据。方法 2008年3月—2009年2月,每月对跨境工业区口岸医学媒介情况进行调查。结果共采集到媒介生物10397只,查明有6目14科35属54种,建立了8种医学媒介生物资料库。初步摸清了跨境口岸的蚊、蝇、蜚蠊、鼠类等病媒生物的种群结构、季节消长等基本情况。结论珠澳跨境工业区的鼠类、蝇类、蚊类密度超过国家标准要求,应采取措施加强灭蚊、灭蝇、灭鼠工作。继续开展口岸生物媒介本底调查,掌握医学媒介的变化规律,有针对性地开展预防与控制工作。
Objective To grasp the background of medical vector organisms in Zhuhai-Macao cross-border industrial area and provide the basis for effective prevention and control measures. Methods From March 2008 to February 2009, monthly surveys of medical media at cross-border industrial zones were conducted. Results A total of 10 397 media organisms were collected, of which 54 species were found in 6 orders, 14 families and 35 genera, and eight kinds of medical media biological databases were established. The basic situation of population structure, seasonal growth and decline of vector-borne organisms such as mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches and rodents at the cross-boundary ports has been initially figured out. Conclusion The density of rodents, flies and mosquitoes in the cross-border industrial zone of Zhuhai-Macao Boundary exceeds the requirements of national standards. Measures should be taken to intensify the efforts to eliminate mosquitoes, eliminate flies and eliminate rodents. We will continue to carry out surveys on the background of biological bureaus at ports of entry, master the changes in the medical media and conduct prevention and control work in a targeted manner.
