In accordance with the spirit of “Decision of the CPC Central Committee for Science and Technology System Reform,” we held the second full-scale oilfield chemical technology exchange meeting of the Ministry of Petroleum Industry in Fushun City. This is a large gathering of comrades who work in oilfield chemical research, product manufacturing, production and use, supply management, etc. It is a seminar on communication, promotion of cooperation, development of technology market and acceleration of oilfield chemical technology development.
