随着经济的发展及政策的不断推进,我国铁路建设高速发展。由于铁路建设工程规模较大,同时所处环境比较特殊,施工物资采购及运输一直是影响铁路工程施工成本的主要因素之一。加强铁路工程物资采购供应对降低施工成本,加快建设周期具有重要意义。本文就目前铁路工程物资采购中存在的问题进行了分析并提出了采用物资集中采购对铁路施工的益处。
With the development of economy and the continuous promotion of policies, the rapid development of China’s railway construction. Due to the large-scale railway construction projects and the special environment at the same time, procurement and transportation of construction materials have always been one of the major factors that affect the construction cost of railway projects. Strengthening the procurement and supply of railway construction materials is of great significance to reducing construction costs and accelerating the construction period. In this paper, the existing problems in the procurement of railway engineering materials are analyzed and the benefits of using centralized procurement of materials for railway construction are put forward.
