在国家“海洋强国”战略推出的前提下,各沿海省份纷纷提出“海洋强省”战略,以期实现海洋经济的大力发展,带动本省经济的跨越式发展。海南省作为全国拥有最大海域面积的省份,也不例外,本文正是基于此背景,提出如何推进海南“海洋强省”战略这一论题,文章从海南争创“海洋强省”的战略意义出发,分析海南争创“海洋强省”的条件,进而从不同方面提出海南省推进“海洋强省”的具体举措。
Under the promulgation of the national “ocean power” strategy, all coastal provinces have proposed the strategy of “strong ocean province” in order to achieve the vigorous development of the marine economy and promote the leap-forward development of the province’s economy. As a province with the largest sea area in the country, Hainan Province is no exception. Based on this background, this paper puts forward the proposition of how to advance the strategy of “strong ocean province in Hainan”. The article from Hainan Province striving for “Oceanic Province” Starting from the strategic significance of Hainan Province to create “maritime province” conditions, and then put forward from different aspects of Hainan Province to promote “maritime province ” specific measures.
