有性杂交是创造农作物新类型的重要方法之一。过去国内外一般都是在田间进行人工杂交的。它易受季节气候等外界条件的影响,有一定的局限性,不能适应我国育种工作的飞跃发展。1972年,为了研究激素对水稻后期的生理效应,曾将稻穗进行离体培养,观察到有部分颖花能灌浆结实。今年为加快育种步伐,我们开展了稻穗离体杂交和培养试验,并首次成功地获得了一批杂种(结实情况见表1)。杂种籽粒饱满,发芽良好
Sexual crossbreeding is one of the important ways to create new types of crops. Past, at home and abroad are generally in the field of artificial hybridization. It is susceptible to external conditions such as the seasonal climate and has some limitations and can not meet the rapid development of breeding work in our country. In 1972, in order to study the physiological effects of hormones on the late rice, the ear of rice had been cultured in vitro, observed that some of the spikes can be grouted and strong. This year to speed up the pace of breeding, we conducted in vitro hybridization and cultivation trials of rice, and for the first time successfully obtained a number of hybrids (see table 1). Hybrid seeds full, good germination
