科技查新是一项以科研活动和科技管理为服务对象,以科技文献资源为基础,以信息检索和分析研究为手段,为查证科学技术内容的新颖性提供服务的工作。科技查新工作的作用贯穿了科技创新的整个过程,是科技管理活动中进行创新评估的重要手段。本文以大量的数据分析为基础,从查新项目数量分布、学科分布、查新委托单位类型分布、项目地域分布、委托时间分布几个方面入手,对滨州市科技查新现状进行调查,并针对存在问题提出积极的建议和对策。
Science and technology is a search for scientific research activities and science and technology management for the service object, based on scientific literature resources, information retrieval and analysis as a means to verify the novelty of science and technology content to provide services. The function of science and technology checking and checking work runs through the entire process of scientific and technological innovation and is an important means of carrying out innovative assessments in science and technology management activities. Based on a large amount of data analysis, this paper investigates the status quo of science and technology innovation in Binzhou from several aspects such as the quantity distribution of new projects, the distribution of disciplines, the distribution of types of clients, the geographical distribution of projects and the distribution of entrusted time. There are problems to put forward positive suggestions and countermeasures.
