我国开展房产税改革试点工作已经一年了,本文结合实际,从我国推行房产税的必要性入手,分析了我国目前房产税改革的现状和主要问题,并提出了进一步推进房产税改革的政策建议。
In the light of the necessity of implementing the property tax in our country, this paper analyzes the current status and main problems of the property tax reform in our country and puts forward the policy suggestions of further promoting the property tax reform .
