以系统可靠性理论为基础,构建了变电站优质工程指标体系,并对该体系进行了可靠性识别。利用G1权重法和属性测度区间理论,构建了适用于涉及多项影响因素、需对定性描述度量化的评价系统的评价模型。对4座变电站工程的实际评价表明,有2座变电站达到了参与评选优质工程的等级要求。
Based on the theory of system reliability, an index system of substation quality engineering is constructed, and the reliability of the system is identified. By using G1 weight method and attribute measure interval theory, this paper constructs an evaluation model which is suitable for the evaluation system involving multiple influencing factors and requiring quantification of qualitative description. The actual evaluation of the four substation projects shows that there are two substations have reached the level of participation in the selection of high-quality projects.
