角膜盲占有全国盲人的四分之一，角膜移植手术是治疗角膜盲唯一有效的方法，受供体角膜材料来源的制约，我国目前每年行角膜移植手术仅１２００例左右。探讨开拓供体角膜材料来源问题，对开展角膜移植手术有重要意义。本文提及我国供体角膜材料的现状及存在问题，并提出若干解决问题的对策，冀望为今后开展角膜性眼病治盲手术能有所帮助。
Corneal blind occupy a quarter of the national blind, corneal transplantation is the only effective method of treatment of corneal blindness, corneal material source by the donor constraints, the current annual corneal transplant surgery in our country is only about 1200 cases. To explore the source of donor corneal material problems, to carry out corneal transplantation surgery is of great significance. This article refers to the current situation and existing problems of donor corneal material in our country and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem. It is hoped that it will be helpful for the future of blind operation of corneal ophthalmic diseases.
