本文应用ABC法观察了36-40周人胎下丘脑内ACTH_(1-39)免疫反应阳性神经元的分布及形态特征。胞体分布在下丘脑漏斗核及视上核内,呈圆形或椭圆形,突起少并呈短的锥体形。ACTH(1-39)免疫反应阳性神经纤维明显稀少,只在室周层、漏斗核、室旁核可以见到。未见有伸入第三脑室内的此类神经纤维。本实验首次在人胎下丘脑视上核内观察到ACTH_(1-39)免疫反应阳性神经元胞体。
In this paper, the distribution and morphological characteristics of ACTH 1-39 immunoreactive neurons in the hypothalamus of 36-40 weeks were observed by ABC method. The somatic cell distribution in the hypothalamus funnel nucleus and the supraoptic nucleus, was round or oval, less protruding and was short cone-shaped. ACTH (1-39) immunoreactive nerve fibers were significantly fewer, only in the periventricular, funnel nuclear, paraventricular nucleus can be seen. No such nerve fibers were found in the third ventricle. This experiment for the first time in human fetal hypothalamic supraoptic nucleus ACTH_ (1-39) immunoreactive positive neuronal soma.
