1 概况百松堰工程位于越南河内市西南200km的珠江上,为一灌溉渠首枢纽工程。主要由175m长溢流堰、3孔冲砂闸、7孔进水闸、船闸及挡墙等建筑物组成。该工程20年代由法国修建,几经战争和洪水的破坏,老化失修。水从结构中渗出并从堰体砼中冲走许多水泥成分,造成透过堰体漏渗量很大。为解决渗漏破坏问题,在溢流堰及三个闸的上游面建造1m厚的钢筋混凝土防渗墙。该墙6m长为一工作槽段,
