三氮烯类试剂是测定Cd~(2+)、Hg~(2+)、Ag~(2+)、Pd~(2+)等离子的灵敏试剂.迄今为止,铜用与此类试剂的显色体系研究不多,仅见有镉试剂和镉试剂2B的报道,但其选择性及配合物的稳定性欠佳.为进一步扩大三氯烯类试剂的应用,作者把近来合成的三氮烯类新显色剂之一——邻氯对硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(简称CNDAA,结构式见下)用于铜的分析,由于分子中引进了吸电子基因“一Cl”,提高了试剂与铜显色反应的酸度,且还增加了分子中的p-π共轭效应,使测定铜的灵敏度、选择性及配合物的稳定性均有所提高.本文系统地研究了在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,CNDAA与CU(Ⅱ)配位反应的适宜条件,并用于铝合金和铁矿中微量铜的测定,结果满意.
