本文主要是探讨有关于小额诉讼在我国可以具体实施的现实可能性,针对我国大部分有关于小额诉讼的案例,都适用于简易程序。如果可以将小额诉讼具体到现实当中,对于提高法律的效率,一定会有积极的现实意义。
This article is mainly about the practical possibility of the small-sum litigation in our country. Most of our cases concerning the small-sum litigation are applicable to the summary procedure. If we can put the lawsuit into practice, we must have positive and realistic meanings for improving the efficiency of the law.
