研究了小球藻液中的污染物尾丝虫的生存极限温度及不同温度对尾丝虫生长繁殖的影响。结果显示:该尾丝虫在本试验条件下的生存极限高温是38℃。在较低温度条件下,尾丝虫生长繁殖较慢,10℃时密度稍有增长,温度进一步上升密度却呈下降趋势;在较高温度下,随温度升高尾丝虫生长繁殖速度加快。试验还研究了尾丝虫对小球藻密度的影响。
The survival limit temperature of polio filariasis in chlorella liquid and the effect of different temperature on the growth and reproduction of the filarial worm were studied. The results showed that: the worm filariasis survival limit in this test under extreme high temperature is 38 ℃. At lower temperatures, the filariasis grew slowly and reproducibly, with a slight increase in density at 10 ° C and a further increase in the temperature. However, at higher temperatures, the filariasis grew faster with increasing temperature. The test also studied the worm filarial impact on the density of chlorella.
