SYB培训项目引入中国后,其培训模式受到了广大创业者的欢迎,但其在高职院校中的应用较晚,目前还没形成系统化、制度化的体系,还不够成熟。本文主要介绍了我国高职院校开展SYB培训过程中存在的不足和相关的对策建议,希望能够对高职院校更好地开展SYB培训工作产生一些积极的作用。
After SYB training project was introduced to China, its training mode has been welcomed by the majority of entrepreneurs. However, its application in higher vocational colleges is late. At present, there is not a systematic and institutionalized system yet mature enough. This paper mainly introduces the shortcomings in SYB training in higher vocational colleges in our country and the related countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to bring some positive effects to SYB training in higher vocational colleges.
