从2007年底至2009年一季度,英坪露天矿共计发生22台次康明斯KTA38/C型柴油机活塞烧蚀事故。1.故障特征活塞烧蚀外部特征一般为:柴油机下排气明显增大,运转中突然出现排气冒白烟且有机油从排气管中排出。
