让孩子首先对自己负责

一位我所尊重的教师,曾说起他的“育儿观”:“我很少过问孩子的学习成绩。我只要知道他有兴趣、肯用功就够了。但是,对于他的道德习惯、为人处事,我是一点都不敢马虎的。”我很赞同这位师长的看法。我问他:“在道德教育方面您认为抓什么更重要?”他说:“责任感。”一个人,当他具有了相应的能力时,就要对某些事物负责,孩子成长到一定时候,就应当具备责任感。责任感是他安身立命的基础,需要父母下大功夫,从小培养。在培养孩子责任感这件事情上父母要有特殊的责任感。孩子的责任感是父母责任感的折射。培养孩子的责任感,要从小事到大事,循序渐进。首先,要教育孩子对自己的事情负责,也就是引导孩子从小自理自立。凡是孩子力所能及的事,诸如穿鞋穿衣,刷牙洗手,都要鼓励孩子自己去做。孩子只有能对自己负责,才能开始对家庭、对他人、对集体负责。培养孩子责任感,还要同培养兴趣结合起来。现在我们家庭教育存在的一个普遍问题,是方法过于死板、生硬,较多地依靠外部指令,孩子缺少内在动机和主动精神。培养责任感 A teacher whom I respect, once talked about his “Parenting Viewpoint ”: “I rarely talk about the child’s academic performance, I just know that he is interested, willing to work hard enough, but for his moral Habits, doing things for others, I am not sloppy at all. ”I agree with the teacher’s opinion.
