连入中国普通家庭的传送电磁波的线路有三条:电力线、电话 线和有线电视网电缆。中国家庭进入信息社会基本上要靠这三条 线。进入信息社会的三个前提条件是:第一,廉价的通信线路铺入 家庭:第二,廉价的、易于使用的终端接入设备(如:电话、NC、WebTV等、无须培训即可使用;第三.网络信息资源足够丰富。 由于通信技术和计算机硬件/软件技术的发展,这些问题已经基本 得到解决。中国无须重复发达国家所走的弯路,以较小的代价,跳 跃式地进入信息社会。
There are three lines connected to the transmission of electromagnetic waves in ordinary Chinese families: power lines, telephone lines and cable networks. Chinese families basically rely on these three lines to enter the information society. The three preconditions for entering the information society are as follows: First, low-cost communication lines go into the home: second, inexpensive and easy-to-use terminal access devices (such as telephones, NCs and WebTVs, Third, the network is rich in information resources, and these problems have been basically solved due to the development of communication technologies and computer hardware / software technologies. China need not repeat the detours of developed countries and leapfrog into the information society at a small cost .
