目的观察尿激酶联合依达拉奉治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择住院的进展性脑梗死患者60例,治疗组30例应用尿激酶联合依达拉奉,对照组30例给予低分子肝素钙,二组其他治疗相同。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)明显下降。结论尿激酶联合依达拉奉治疗进展性脑梗死安全有效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of urokinase and edaravone in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty patients in hospitalized patients with progressive cerebral infarction were selected. Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with urokinase combined with edaravone, while 30 in the control group were given low molecular weight heparin. The other two groups were the same. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.01). The C-reactive protein (CRP) of the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusions Urokinase combined with edaravone is safe and effective in treating progressive cerebral infarction.
