学生干部是高校学生管理工作中的重要组成部分,对于学生干部的培养,不应单以说教的方式,任何事情都不是孤立存在的,通过多种方式展开,会收到不一样的传播效果,学生干部的素质拓展训练可以说是一个寓教于乐的好方法。本文希望通过对这一议题的研究来探讨如何将二者有机结合。
Student cadres are an important part of university student management. For the training of student cadres, students should not be preached only in a preaching way. Everything is not isolated in any way. When they are started in many ways, they will receive different effects of communication. Student cadre’s quality training can be said to be a good way to entertain. This article hopes to explore how to combine the two through the research on this topic.
