今年4月19日,上海国际港务集团领导团队到宁波港与宁波港务集团的合作交流,我们《中国港口》杂志以“共赢之约”为题对此进行了评论。10月25日至27日宁波港集团领导班子与上海国际港务集团又在上海举行了第二次恳谈会。共同学习党的十七大精神,贯彻落实科学发展观,总结了“合作共赢”四大机制,共商深化及扩大合作的范围,进一步加强区域联动,促进协同发展。反映了两个港口领导班子高瞻远瞩的战略眼光,顺应联手发展、合作共赢的潮流,应对东北亚国际港口的竞争,反映了中国港口和谐发展的主题。我们期望合作共赢在长三角港口中得到发扬,在全国港口中得到响应。
